Where Do I Begin When I Haven’t Exercised For A Long Time?

By Sid | November 20, 2008

I have been exercising for quite some time now and I try to encourage people who haven’t been into a fitness routine to get started, somehow. My advice is always to start slowly. Very slowly. If you haven’t been doing some walking or doing simple floor exercises, you need a Workout Routine for Beginners that will allow you to gradually work up from sedentary to active without injury and with a sense of accomplishment. Beginning with deep breathing and visualizing yourself walking straight and feeling fit is a good first step. Going at your own pace, you will enjoy your new found confidence and even start to feel better in a short amount of time. Keep up the good work!
